Manage a retail portfolio of shopping centres for one key client

Work close to home - Located at Penrith Homemaker Centre

Opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to join our Retail Property Management business working across two large format centres for one major client. You will be based onsite at Penrith Homemaker Centre with monthly visits to the other site located in Port Stephens. You will be fully supported with an admin, facilities and marketing team also based onsite.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

  • Deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the centres

  • Position and protect the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the area

  • Ensure the tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in accordance with the relevant lease provisions

  • Lead the onsite team consisting of Facilities Management, Marketing and Administration

  • Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements

  • Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance

  • Conduct weekly site visits and provide regular centre performance updates with client

Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;

  • Previous Centre Management experience within a retail environment

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to be dynamic in your approach and adapt well to change.

  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations

  • Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach

  • A driver’s licence and Real Estate Licence are required for this role.
