Description of Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of SailPoint access certification campaigns including configuring active periods, revocation rules, notification schedules, email templates and user support

  • Report certification campaign statuses and escalations to key stakeholders and ensure timely completion as per the annual certification schedule

  • Partner with Compliance and Controls to identify in-scope accounts, roles, entitlements for certification and validate data integrity in SailPoint

  • Configure and monitor account and group aggregations and other SailPoint tasks

  • Manage/fix uncorrelated account issues

  • Perform basic SailPoint troubleshooting and debugging

  • Assist with overall health and maintenance of the SailPoint platform

  • Collaborate with the SailPoint Development team for planned code deployments and system outages

Qualifications

Skills required to ensure success include:

Confidentiality: Knowledge of practices and policies governing disclosure of information about the organization, its business activities, and employees; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Information Security Management: Knowledge of the processes, tools and techniques of information security management; ability to deploy and monitor information security systems, while detecting, controlling and preventing violations of IT security.

IT Governance: Knowledge of the accountability framework and processes used to encourage proper behavior in IT activities and operations; ability to implement IT systems and controls to meet business needs and requirements.

Additional Qualifications:

  • 3 years SailPoint or other IAM product experience

  • Understanding of IAM Lifecycle Management processes such as Joiner, Mover, Leaver and Policy management

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP and Databases

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working in Financial or other highly regulated industry a plus
