Our customer, in Syracuse, New York, is looking for 1-3 qualified IT Service Desk professionals to join their team of 13 as they are experiencing growth within the company and team has grown overwhelmed with ticket volumes. Qualified candidates must work on-site in Syracuse, NY at least 2 days a week. Candidates must work on a W2 basis. Corp to Corp cannot be considered for this role.

Common issues that said candidate would be supporting and resolving on a day-day basis include:

• Unlocking Accounts

• Network Reboots (VPN issues)

• Wireless Printer Connection

• Troubleshooting Hardware/Software

• Working within ServiceNOW for ticketing systems

• Microsoft Office Suite (O365)

• Windows 10 OS

• Computer Performance

  Qualified candidates must have: Enterprise Service Desk Support - experience supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office product suites, hardware and software in an enterprise environment. They must also have strong customer service and verbal communication to deescalate customers and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Finally, candidates must be reliable and show up to work on time.
