Crouse Hospital Manager Talent Acquisition & Retention in Syracuse, New York

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Manager Talent Acquisition & Retention will be responsible for planning and leading the life cycle recruitment and retention functions for Crouse Hospital . Major responsibilities include planning and implementing long and short term recruitment strategies that are aimed at meeting Crouse Hospital ’s goals and objectives, and retaining key positions within the organization.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a major in human resources or a related field, and five (5) years experience in Talent Acquisition. Must have prior leadership and managerial experience to include supervision of staff. Healthcare experience is desired. Must exhibit strong interpersonal and customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, strategic, critical and analytical thinking skills.
