Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

o OR equivalent experience.

. Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese

. Strong knowledge of SQL and DBA experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

. Strong skills in Windows 11, M365 Identity, Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Windows Client Security, M365 Administration and Governance, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Apps, One Drive for Business

. Power BI, SQL BI and SQL Server

PowerBI Profile:

  • Experience in architecture, best practices, performance tuning and troubleshooting combining knowledge of SSIS/SSAS/SSRS/Power BI Report Server/Power BI technologies with a deep understanding of data structure/data models, development and tuning of BI solutions and reports.

  • Experience in architecting high-volume SQL Server DW solutions, best practices, performance tuning and troubleshooting, e.g. tables, stored procedures, forms, queries, T-SQL language, minimum logging and others.

  • Experience in architecture, best practices, performance tuning and troubleshooting of load processes (ETL) through SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

  • Experience in best practices, performance evaluation and troubleshooting of reports, dashboards, paginated reports and semantic models using Microsoft technology, such as PowerBI and SSRS.

  • Experience in architecture, best practices, performance evaluation and troubleshooting of multidimensional/tabular semantic models using Microsoft BI OLAP platform (SSAS, Power BI semantic model), including languages such as Power Query, DAX, MDX.

  • Experience in the SQL Server BI platform (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS/Power BI Report Server) and best practices in Power BI governance, administration and troubleshooting.

IMPORTANT: Strong knowledge of SQL. We need a candidate who has experience as a DBA.

  • Knowledge of Failover Cluster Instance (FCI)

  • Always On (Implementation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting)

  • Data replication

  • Security (Configuration and best practices)

  • Environment migration and updates

a. Migration of databases between different versions/editions

b. Knowledge of processes and prerequisites for upgrading versions/editions

  • Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure

  • Knowledge of Cloud Databases (Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instance)

  • Knowledge of Reporting Services (SSRS)

  • Knowledge of Integration Services (SSIS)

  • Knowledge of Analysis Services (SSAS)

  • Knowledge transfer skills in workshop demands
