What you will do

As an IT Business Partner specializing in data analytics for the Latin American (LATAM) region, you will collaborate closely with regional business stakeholders and the global IT Data & Analytics team to drive data and analytics initiatives. Your role as a Data & Analytics lead will be pivotal in steering strategic endeavors within this domain.

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and identify opportunities where technology can drive innovation and efficiency. Align IT initiatives with business goals and priorities, ensuring that technology investments deliver measurable value to the organization.

  • Business Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various business units.nServe as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on how technology can address their challenges and opportunities.

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for IT projects and initiatives. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization through technology.

  • Solution Delivery: Collaborate with the IT team to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that meet business needs. Ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with industry best practices and standards.

  • Change Management and Adoption: Facilitate change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization. Provide training and support to end-users to help them leverage technology effectively in their roles.

What you need

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems preferred.

  • Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred.

  • English and Spanish advanced proficiency required

  • 5+ years of experience and demonstrated knowledge Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and data & analytics platforms.

  • Expirience of leadership responsibility managing external teams, influencing senior-level management and stakeholders; medical device or other regulated industry preferred.
