SmartHire is looking for an AP Specialist for a client in Tacoma WA. This is a Direct Hire position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent Accounts Payable experience along with strong computer skills.

Salary:

$45,000k - $52,000k DOE

Summary:

Duties include all accounts payable support activities for multiple locations and vendor types.  This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining and protecting the vendor master file, opening and distributing accounts payable mail, scanning invoices into imaging system, validating scanning results, and reconciling vendor statements.
