Crescent Electric Supply Co Receptionist - Clerical in Tacoma, Washington

In a Receptionist - Clerical role at Crescent, you will be responsible for appropriately screening and routing incoming calls, greeting walk-in visitors in a friendly, professional manner, and providing clerical support as assigned. You will know you're a match for this position if you are a self-starter, are detail-oriented, and are a strong communicator. This position requires strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. You will be working quickly and accurately under time constraints and against deadlines. What's in it for you? Route phone calls and/or visitors to the appropriate person or department in a professional and timely manner. Ensure that all written messages are clear and passed on promptly. Process cash sales and complete daily cash deposits; Reconcile and audit cash box. Perform general duties such as keyboarding, filing, making copies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and sending correspondence as assigned. Perform data entry consisting of updating computer records including customer maintenance and other records as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
