General Motors Senior Analyst - System Administrator and Site Support in Taguig City, Philippines

Job Description

Work Arrangement

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

What You’ll Do

System Administrator:

  • Complete daily transactions workload as assigned within the agreed service levels

  • Provide system support to all stakeholders

  • Proactively develop plans to avoid potential problems and take ownership of issues when they arise

  • Analyze and Interpret data for reporting requirements

  • Combination of repetitive and adhoc processes that are more complex and require critical thinking

  • Ensures compliance with GM Corporate policies and external regulatory requirements

  • Has strong control focus – brings any issues forward immediately

  • Has a strong focus on process improvements to drive quality accounting and compliance

  • Frequent contact with others outside of work group to accomplish tasks

  • Participation in Special Projects

Admin/Site Management:

  • Responsible in operationally leading administrative site support to ensure uninterrupted site operations

  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner to maintain good employee satisfaction

  • Provide recommendations and execute site wide projects and continuous improvements ideas

  • Manage contractors hired for recurring outsourced services and special projects

  • Willing to work onsite

  • Amenable to work 10AM - 7PM Shift

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge

  • BA in Business Administration/Management or equivalent with strong foundation and experience in a shared service environment or client serving organization

  • Experience working in a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally is preferred

  • Works effectively with others and as part of a team;

  • Competent/Above-Average English Fluency
