The Practice Operations Strategy Accelerator provides data-based and market-focused strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides strategic planning and overall portfolio support for business segments or the company at large. The Practice Operations Strategy Accelerator works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

This role will:

• Drive the portfolio of projects under Practice Operations, including communication of portfolio and progress both to markets as well as Executive Leadership

• Identify opportunities, using data and analytics, to advance organizational priorities

• Develop projects/pilots by aligning with key stakeholders, identifying KPIs, and managing the scaling of successful pilots

• Liaison with Clinical Excellence Team - driving collaboration and effectiveness

• Work under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action

• Create structure and organization (using organizational priorities) to drive efficiency and maximize effectiveness of the team

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of five years in healthcare operations or operational support

• A minimum of three years' experience leading large projects

• Progressive experience managing portfolios of similar projects

• Bringing a patient-care mindset to all work

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for completion of team correspondence, status reports, and presentations to varying levels of the organization

• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills in order to lead project teams and meetings throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with CenterWell Primary Care Operations

• Extensive value-based care knowledge

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$112,400 - $154,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
