Job Summary:

Production engineer is a 2nd level production support whos main responsibilities are to provide technical support for the production team to ensure production line operability and life-cycle.

Detailed Description:

Manufacturing engineer should:

  1. Participate in development, implementation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

  2. Give manufacturing teams feedback to project teams

  3. Develop and test new techniques

  4. Prepare and update work instructions in cooperation with product engineer

5.Organize of technical training for operators

6.Ensure technical preparation for production

  1. Monitor and test production processes and production techniques to ensure smooth operation of production lines

8.Supervise compliance with the established quality system, environmental management system, and occupational safety requirements in the facility

Requirements:

  1. Interest in manufacturing, electronics and for work in international environment

  2. Ability to solve technical issues and work independently

  3. Very good communication skills

  4. English language skills, technical and communication – both verbal and written

  5. Estonian and Russian language skill in communication level

  6. Abilities to organize work and build a smooth manufacturing process

  7. Committed, responsible and punctual in daily operations

  8. A team-player – supportive and reliable

  9. Higher or vocational education in electronics, mechanics, product development or IT
