Adecco is currently hiring for a Financial Administrative Assistant role in Tampa, FL . This is a contract role for 3+ months, could lead to a full time opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements:

· Must be proficient in MS Office Suites- STRONG Excel will be creating reports.

· MUST have QuickBooks.

· Excellent organizational and reporting skills.

· Able to read, write and speak English.

· Must be very detailed, focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Self-motivated.

· Good work ethics.

· Good communicator.

Position Overview

· Will be managing the accounting inbox.

· Data entry of invoice info, tracking payments and providing the bookkeeper critical information as needed.

· Any administrative experience in the construction industry a plus.

· Able to create various reports using Excel.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
