Hyatt Banquet Coordinator in TAMPA, Florida

Description:

As the Banquet Coordinator, you will assist the Banquet Manager with various administrative and operational duties with Banquets and Convention Services. The Coordinator is also a key liaison for Associates.

Responsibilities include:

· Attend various Banquet meetings.

· Review time edits and track outside labor hours.

· Process payroll

· Order linens and track rental linen invoices daily.

· Review banquet checks from previous day and correct errors.

· Check staffing levels and schedule employees accordingly

· Birchstreet purchase orders

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge

  • Prefer hotel experience
