Citigroup Business Risk Officer in Tampa, Florida

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Risk Officer for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Execute test cases, report test execution, track testing progress, creation and end to end defect workflow using JIRA. Analyze requirements, including risk policy requirements, for Operational Risk domain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and produce relevant documentation. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. Utilize JIRA and Cognos to construct effective applications test scenarios to ensure no breakage in functionality as enhancements are introduced. Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance. Support Citi’s Computer Systems team in managing the UAT process for applications by using Big Data analytics, Cognos, HIVE, Hadoop. Strategize, plan and oversee end-to-end testing for applications in scope by using JIRA, Cognos, SharePoint, identifying testing dependencies among integrated and concurrent projects and working to resolve any challenges. Provide technical support by developing test plans and detailed test scripts, providing demonstrations for test participants, and collecting and investigating feedback. Collaborate with field staff or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions. Identify and resolve system defects to ensure requirements are properly implemented and defect free, while avoiding costly rework and/or data quality issues. Identify risks to the application release by evaluating scope and complexity, and collaborating with the technology and product teams to mitigate risks. Provide daily operational support for Helpdesk and Client Services teams on critical issues resolution. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 year degree), or foreign equivalent, in any field and 6 years of experience as a Business Lead Analyst, Business Analyst, Test Manager, Senior Programmer Analyst, or related position involving applications support and testing for a global financial institution. 6 years of experience must include: Create and maintain websites using SharePoint; Write test plans, scripts, and demonstrate new features using Word and Excel; Synthesize business tester feedback to determine application defects using SharePoint and Excel; and Cognos. 2 years of experience must include: Execute test cases, report test execution, track testing progress, creation and end to end defect workflow using JIRA; and Big Data analytics, HIVE, Hadoop, and HQL.
