Our client, in Tampa, Fl is seeking a contract Job Coach to work with local youth throughout the Summer of 2024. As a Career Coach, you will be working with Tampa youth, helping them navigate a summer internship program.Experience in HR duties is a plus.

Job Title: Career Coach

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $18/hr

What’s the Job?

• Ensure the applicants understand the hiring process

• Work with youth completing applications and qualification process

• Provide guidance and coordinate onboarding and work activities

• Communicate with employers throughout the internship

• Determine eligibility of the applicant

What’s Needed?

• Excellent communication skills

• Minimum 2 years working in an office, teaching, or case management position

• Organizational skills

• MS Office proficient

• Desire to work with youth throughout their first employment experience
