Centerwell Consultative Pharmacy Technician 3 in Tampa, Florida



  • The CenterWell Pharmacy Resolution Pharmacy Technician 3 addresses concerns and requests as needed through intake processes from all lines of the business. Will triage concerns that require consultation with a pharmacist. Makes outbound calls as needed to discuss concerns and offer a resolution. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests to identify resolutions that support the member and the business. This includes interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques. Communicate directly with Senior Leadership as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of mail order pharmacy experience

  • Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license

  • Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and strong data entry skills

  • Positive and proactive with a willingness to be flexible based on business need

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • Complete a side by side

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or related call center setting

  • Experience with grievances and/or member complaints

  • Moderate working knowledge of Excel

  • Working knowledge of Argus, CRM, and ePost

  • Bilingual in Spanish

Additional Information

  • Shift will be 8:30am to 5:00pm (in your time zone)

  • May be on Saturday Rotation (Approx. every 8 weeks)
