JPMorgan Chase Senior Technology Project Manager - Public Programs in Tampa, Florida
As a Technology Project Manager, you'll lead high-performing teams in envisioning and creating complex technology solutions across the firm. This prominent position combines strategic thinking - about industry trends, firm-specific initiatives and relevant technology - with a deep understanding for how to develop and implement projects. You'll work closely with Sales, Product Management, Technologists and Executive Leadership across the firm to identify, prioritize and implement projects that serve the best interest of the entire firm. Meanwhile, you'll ensure that your colleagues have the resources and guidance they need to deliver timely and relevant solutions. As a key professional in JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s global technology group, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading talent in developing programs with broad and lasting implications.
This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
Strong ability to analyze opportunities and problems , learn quickly, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
Expert influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to work hand-in-hand with product owners, sales and technologist
Lead cross-functional teams on feasibility analysis, strategic solutioning and project delivery
Proven track record managing strategic projects including risk/issues management, budget management, data and security controls and weekly reporting for mission-critical platforms
Ability to engage with Clients, FinTech partners and senior leaders across the organization
Knowledge of treasury, banking products, business processes and technology disciplines
Versatile athlete who can manage multiple project execution activities concurrently and effectively
Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills a must
Ability to work independently and in a team
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
