BluePearl Senior VETgirl CE Specialist in Tampa, Florida

Job Summary

The Veterinary CE Compliance Coordinator is responsible for specific VETgirl digital education creation and compliance tasks related to Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE) through American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB).

Job Responsibilities

  • Creates, edits, and deliversspecific elements of VETgirl’s digital education portfolio including podcasts, blogs, videos, e-magazines, e-books, and other digital learning and social media content.

  • Coordinates content creation, focusing on sponsored digital education content.

  • Interviews, creates, edits, voices, and records veterinary technician podcasts.

  • Moderates online webinars approximately 4 per month during event hours which will include evening hours.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact with external content creators to ensure all requirements are communicated and delivered on time.

  • Works with the Medical team to identify content creators for sponsored content.

  • Works with the Medical and Operations teams to create and implement process for RACE approval for VETgirl’s continuing education content, including weekly to monthly submissions for new content, renewals of on-demand content, and CE Broker roster management, ensuring that all attendee rosters are submitted to CE Broker in a timely manner.

  • Facilitates relationships with sponsors and content creators and supports them through the content creation process, managing communications, compiling materials, and ensuring appropriate vetting for accuracy, medical content, etc.

  • Supports creation of social media content and other marketing efforts related to sponsored education content.

  • Helps organize workshops, programs, and certificate programs, both online and for in-person conferences.

  • Works closely with VETgirl medical team, content development team, marketing, and IT teams to prioritize team efficiency.

  • Oversees compliance with AAVSB RACE and CE Broker for all VETgirl-produced in-person, online live, and on-demand content.

  • SupportsVETgirl’s growth through participation in meetings as directed.

  • Works with marketing team to help grow customer and sponsor base.

  • Adheres to organizational cybersecurity policies and confidentiality agreements for content and equipment.

  • Abides by organizational policies and procedures for handling and protectingconfidential and sensitive information while working remotely.

  • Promotes and positively representsVETgirl at industry events andactivities, including exhibiting, networking, speaking, etc.

  • Attends team retreats, workshops, and events as directed.

  • Shifts priorities to meet the needs of the business when necessary.

  • Other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience or Credentialed Veterinary Technician required.

  • 5+ years credentialing experience or equivalent in veterinary industry required.

  • Works under minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization of work, and problem-solving skills.

  • Requires in-depth skills and knowledge of the specialized concepts, practices, and procedures in the area of specialization.

  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the specialization as well as business needs to recommend appropriate action.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to stand or sit at a computer station for long periods of time.

  • The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate.

  • Environment where pets are present.
