J Shipping Clerk

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Clerk to join our team on the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of products, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the overall logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.

• Verify and record outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient loading of shipments.

• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.

• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with shipping software.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
