Camelback Mountain Director of Food & Beverage in Tannersville, Pennsylvania

Job Title:  Director of Food & Beverage

Department:  Food & Beverage

Reports to: Vice President of Food & Beverage

As the Food & Beverage Director at Camelback Resort, you will oversee aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests. You will work closely with the resort management team to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, enhance guest experience, and maintain operational efficiency across all food outlets.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and restaurant management software.
