Job Description

Teva is searching for a Global R&D Counsel based in Israel. The position will provide primary legal support for R&D activities in Israel and international markets (including India) as part of the Global R&D Legal team. Job responsibilities include counseling on clinical trial, data transfer, transparency, regulatory compliance, informed consent, regulatory inspection, pharmacovigilance, and performing contract drafting and negotiation for clinical trial, confidentiality, research consultant, services, pre-clinical, bioequivalence, material transfer, and collaborative research agreements as well as other legal documents associated with clinical research. The position will be responsible for collaborating with the internal compliance team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as with internal policies. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience counseling research clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Law degree.

  • Qualified to practice in Israel

  • At least 2-3 years of legal experience.

  • Fluent English

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and professionally.

  • Ability to work under pressure
