Responsible for all aspects of Maintenance including but not limited to rotogravure printing presses, blown film extruders, slitters, bag making machinery and all ancillary equipment.  

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Maintain and repair building systems: HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, etc.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems: (change lightbulbs, clean and repair circuit breakers).
• Ensure fitness and safety of all electrical and mechanical systems through routine testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and repair all production machinery.
• Inspect alarm systems (Fire and protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
• Perform pest control such as spraying insecticide.
• Perform manual repairs (fix locks, replace windows) when needed.
• General upkeep of building and grounds (landscaping, painting, carpentry) when needed.

Skills & Knowledge

• A strong electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read electrical control schematics.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician and a working knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.
• Mechanically inclined and understand how to use a variety of tools, common appliances and devices.
• A basic understanding of HVAC, hydraulic and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• CMRP Certification -- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.
• HVAC Certification.
• Building Maintenance Technology Certification.
• Knowledge of PLC's (Programmable Logic Controllers).
