salary: $65,000 - $72,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 10 AM - 6:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Daily job duties:

• 80% on the floor and 20% at desk

• Manage all operational aspects for their client

• Manage internal associates and contingent workforce

• Manage functions related to service performance and exceeding customer KPI performance

• Maintain 99.5% performance

• Manage down service escalations and maintain service at high levels

• Manage staffing schedules toward reducing OT requirements

• Responsible for managing 5S standards at all times

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
