Nice Pak Tru-D Operations Assistant in Tennessee

The Operations Assistant will support the Operations Manager and will be responsible for shipping and receiving inventory into the Memphis, Tennessee warehouse. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for shipping spare parts to external and internal customers as well as will align with the field service team and corporate office to ensure devices, parts and inventory are recorded accurately. The Operations Assistant will communicate with Tru-D device customers, Tru-D SmartUVC Support Services, Sales Team and Tru-D SmartUVC and PDI Corporate teams.


  • Support the Operations Manager in daily warehouse tasks, including maintaining par stock and organization of the warehouse.

  • Responsible for answering phones at Tru-D SmartUVC corporate.

  • Identify, manage, mitigate and/or escalate service issues to the appropriate support team member.

  • Troubleshoot repairs including software, remotes and devices.

  • Conduct warehouse inventory control.

  • Perform end-of-month physical inventory count.

  • Communicate incoming inventory with the Operations Analyst.

  • Fulfill parts requests for Tru-D SmartUVC Support Specialist and Regional Sales Managers to include closing out parts request in the system for real-time inventory control.

  • Create and execute invoices for parts requested from customers.

  • Load and unload freight shipments using a forklift and pallet jack.

  • Assist Operations Manager with preparing devices to ship, including remote setup, devices prep and scheduling truck pick-up.

  • Update systems with changes in device configuration.


  • Devices and parts are shipped in a timely manner

  • Devices, parts and inventory are recorded accurately



  • Current Forklift License preferred


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple and Android OS

  • Warehouse environment

  • Knowledge of hand tools


  • 1-2 years warehouse experience

  • 1-2 years customer service experience


  • Ability to work independently and safely

  • Must have great time management, organization, and communication skills


  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 80 lbs.

  • Ability to bend, stoop and squat for extended period of time

  • Ability to climb a ladder

  • Ability to work on feet extended periods of time
