Description

Our client located in The Woodlands, TX area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist must have 3+ years of Full Cycle AP, 1099's, Purchase Orders, in a high-volume multi-location environment. The AP Specialist will be responsible for roughly 1,000 invoices per month and will be cross trained in AR. Experience with Navision or Solomon is highly preferred. This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to 65K plus bonus and benefits working from home one day a week.

Requirements - Competent with spreadsheets and databases

• 3+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Microsoft Great Plains Solomon experience

• Purchase Orders experience

• Navision experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Form 1099 experience

• Adeptness in Microsoft Great Plains Solomon

• Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
