Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, create proposals.

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 20-30 engineers.

• Daily interaction with customer and onsite team

• Responsible for timely delivery, ensuring quality of deliverables.

• Responsible for the financial, process, team performance and managing attrition.

• Support the account growth by working with the sales team.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• 10+ years of experience in IT industry with 3+ Years in Project Management

• Experience in managing 15+ sized team.

• Experience in managing projects with C++, C# WPF Application development.

• Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.

• Ability to influence cross-functional team without formal authority.

• Excellent time management, resource organization and priority establishment skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Self-motivated with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Keen attention to detail

Desired Skills:

• Experience in developing software for Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment

• CMMI process awareness
