WorkSource Oregon Payroll and Benefits Manager in TILLAMOOK, Oregon

Tillamook Bay Community College is looking for a full time, permanent, Payroll and Benefits Manager. This position is responsible for the monthly payroll process and administers employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave policies. TBCC offers great benefits including fully employer paid PERS, tuition reimbursement, normal paid holidays plus 11 extra PAID days off (every Friday in June and July and 3 days in December), 20 vacation days per year, and more! For the full job description and how to apply please visit our website: https://tillamookbaycc.edu/about-tbcc/jobs/ Overview of Payroll Management: - Oversee college\'s customized payroll system. - Process monthly payroll for all TBCC staff and special pay runs. - Responsible for monthly, quarterly and custom payroll reporting. - Update and audit employee master records annually. - Respond to unemployment claims. - Annually manage the process for W2s. Overview of Benefits Management: - Administer all employee benefit programs including PERS and OEBB. - Submit monthly wage reports. - Oversee annual benefits open enrollment. - Oversee all leave hours and processes related to FMLA/OFLA/POFLA. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and three years of experience Or Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and five years of experience - Or an equivalent combination of education and experience to match the minimum qualifications. - Must be able to pass a criminal background check and credit check.
