In your position as "R&D PMO," you are responsible for the administration of the R&D project management globally.

Your main tasks are:

• Manage and track the global R&D projects and ensure proper use of PM standards;

• Train the R&D teams in Project Management, processes, and specific software;

• Facilitate and moderate Kick-off, Reviews, Lessons Learned, and closure meetings;

• Leading generic projects to improve the R&D Project Management;

• Support the digitalization of R&D business processes.

We are looking for

• Academic degree in Business Administration; Engineering or an equivalent qualification;

• Experience in automotive Project Management;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Professional working proficiency in English.
