Google Advertising Solutions Architect, gTech, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese, English) in Tokyo, Japan

Google welcomes people with disabilities.

This role is exclusively for people who have a government-issued disability certificate.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 months of experience in programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience in SQL, XML, HTTP protocols, and databases.

  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in building proof-of-concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JS, PHP, Python) and SQL databases.

  • 2 years of experience in building iOS/Android applications.

  • Experience in an Industry Vertical and its key trends and business issues.

  • Experience in problem-discovery, problem-solving, analysis, and communication.

  • Ability to learn technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.

  • Excellent collaboration skills including working with cross-functional groups.

  • Work with external clients and internal sales stakeholders to identify key customer business objectives through a consultative approach.

  • Lead client meetings and explore the opportunities for joint technical plans and packaged solutions which help our customers achieve their business objectives.

  • Develop expertise of the Google advertising products and customer infrastructure to be able to architect technical solutions and meet customer needs.

  • Lead complex multi-quarter technical projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional internal and external teams (technical and non-technical team members).

  • Build a trusted technical advisory relationship with customers and internal sales stakeholders.
