業務内容

• 到着から出発まで、お客様個人の認知を行い、迅速かつ心からの配慮を提供することにより、ゲストの満足度を最大限にするようゲスト・リレーションの要員を監視

• プライオリティクラブのメンバーが常にすべての特典を受け、リピート客や他の VIPが特別な認知とサービスを受けられるように、ゲスト・リレーション要員を監視

• 到着前にすべてのVIP ルームを検査

• VIPゲストの直接出迎え

• 他の部門や必要な外部関係者と連携し、優れたサービスを確実に提供

• 効率的なリピート客履歴システムの維持を監督

• インターホテルのセールスと社内施設のプロモーションを実施

• 実行する職務は以下を含むが、それに限定されない

• プライオリティクラブや常連ゲストのウェルカムレター

• プライオリティクラブの申し込みの勧誘

• ゲストによる特別な要望に対応

• ゲスト電話連絡システムの開発と実施

• ゲストのクレーム対応、必要に応じて紹介、是正措置のフォローアップ

• ゲスト・リレーションのコストの収集、分析、管理

• サービス提供をさらに改善するため、プライオリティクラブおよび VIPゲストのカクテルパーティや社交活動を定期的に計画、出席

• すべての到着やVIPの到着リストを見直し、部屋の割り当て、アメニティ、特別な要望をチェック

• アメニティの調達をタイムリーに準備

• ゲストの満足度を最大限にすることを目的として、クラブフロアやクラブラウンジに提供されるすべてのサービスを保証、維持することに全体的な責任を担う

• 直属のすべてのスタッフの外見、規律、効率を評価し、必要に応じて、迅速な是正措置を開始

• すべてのゲスト・リレーションのスタッフの定期ミーティングを計画、実施し、コミュニケーションとスムーズな運営を促進

• 推定稼働率や予測、団体グループの動き、特に早朝や深夜の到着・出発を考慮し、ゲスト・リレーションのスタッフの効率的な勤務スケジュールの作成や休暇の手配を実施

• 上司や人事と協力し、人員プランニングと管理ニーズを実行

• 上司や財務ディレクターと協力し、当部門の予算を作成、管理

必要なスキル

• 関連職種での業務経験（3年以上）、チームマネジメント経験（2年以上）

• 日本のホテルでの就労経験

• ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語経験

• コミュニケーションスキル

• 高い文章力

• 優れた対人スキル

• Microsoft Officeとフロントオフィス・システムの 高い運用スキル

• 問題解決と組織の能力
