Position Overview
We are on the lookout for someone to strengthen our Named Account Renewals team in Tokyo, Japan.You will work in a hybrid position, reporting directly to te Manager, Named Accounts Subscription Renewals. You will be someone who can navigate through complex situations, improve subscription and cloud renewals within Autodesk's largest customer accounts. Our customers are transforming the world with their designs, and we are seeking a team player who can support them in their journey.
Responsibilities
Sales – renewal ACV quota driven
Subscription Renewals management – Manage upcoming renewals through customer and Channel partner conversations
You will communicate with internal(Account Executive, Customer Success, sales leadership) and external partners (Channel Partners, Customers)
Understand customer needs, future projects Customer retention
You will secure the existing subscription base of renewals and increasing subscription revenue
Promote our consumption-based subscription platforms, advanced support options, and applying promotions
Conduct outbound customer calls; responsible for a minimum number of calls daily
Determine our customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific subscription or consumption-based licensing solution
Respond to our customer inquiries and handle or delegate accordingly
Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and submit orders via salesforce.com case and monitor to completion
Manage Opportunity Pipeline using current Sales Methodology program– maintain accurate forecast categories and manage pipeline against plans and targets weekly
Maintain knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with promotions and other items related to doing business with Autodesk or its PartnersBuild
Maintain relationships with Named Account Executives and channel partners for repeat renewal business
Responsible for weekly and quarterly renewal forecasts to Named Account Sales Management and Finance Business Partner
Early adopter of new processes for feedback to Japan team and NAIS management
Minimum Qualifications
At least 3 years of success in a sales, renewal sales, or sales support role
High fluency in Japanese and Professional level ability in English
Prior experience in SaaS, Renewals, or Customer Success
