Support Renewal Rep (Data Management)

Detailed Description

  • Provide sales support to Oracle premier support sales team.

  • Responsible for timely renewals for customers/partners in assigned scope.

  • Validate contracts and prepare quotes timely and accurately.

  • Processes quote change requests including but not limited to repricing, consolidations (co-terminating) and merges, cancellation…

  • Resolves all kind of quoting system failures

  • Ensure on-line/off-line order can be proceeded timely and accurately.

  • Resolve booking failures and OA (Order Administration) rejections.

  • Answer queries from stakeholders through RSRs with right business manner.

  • Responsible for ad-hoc business requests when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Good command of Japanese, must be able to communicate and write in English, understand of Mandarin is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with high-attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills internally and externally

  • Proven ability to work effectively with and influence diverse stakeholders across Sales, Collection, Global Order Approval teams.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables to tight timelines.

  • Ability to work under strict procedure and compliance

  • Good team player to collaborate with other specialization roles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above.

  • Work experience in sales operations, sales support or data analysis is highly preferred.
