Overview of Job Function:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator of Projects and Services to join our team. The Project Coordinator will ensure that the customer experience is exceptional, positive, and efficient, setting Verint apart from the competition. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and administering all aspects of the delivery of our service projects and working with the Verint Service and Sales teams, Integrator Partners, and financial institutions to successfully implement Verint solutions. The FSS (Fraud & Security Solutions) Customer Service team is critical to expanding our leadership position in the Fraud and Security markets serving the banking and financial sector, and our success is critical to maintaining our recognition as the market leader for Fraud and Security solutions.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the successful delivery of all committed Projects and Services.

  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate discussions with external and internal resources throughout project.

  • Manage project tracking sheet: PO details, key milestones, timelines, hours used, actions, and contacts through entire life cycle.

  • Work with Order Management to open, track, and close purchase orders that include Professional Services.

  • Assist the Sales team in determining proper hours of pro-serv required for unique projects.

  • Work with the Sales team to understand scope of work and identify customer contact points.

  • Work with customer and internal resources to define project schedule.

  • Responsible for obtaining project signoff from Partners and progressing completed services to invoicing.

  • Collect, organize, and escalate project issues and risks to management and Sales as appropriate.

  • Present installation methodology overview to customer during planning meeting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of project/service coordinating or similar work experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), MS Teams, SharePoint.

  • Proficient in managing multiple small projects simultaneously from start to finish.

  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes.

  • Experience with scheduling projects with internal and external resources.

  • Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication (both oral and written) skills.

  • Experience, enthusiasm, and dedication toward providing excellent customer service.

  • Effectively and constructively works with all levels of employees in a professional manner.

  • Limited domestic travel of 1-2 times annually.

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Preferred Requirements :

  • Exposure to fundamental Project Management principles, tools, and processes.

  • Experience working directly with customers to install/upgrade software or firmware.

  • Exposure to basic networked computer components and technical concepts.

  • Experience with physical security or video surveillance hardware or software products.
