Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer and internal advisor experiences for a business banking product. You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, and content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  Collaborate with different product partners and designers across various portfolios, ensuring organized and cohesive content development.

  Engage with stakeholders and the development team to gain feedback on content.

  Participate actively in content and design sprints, bringing innovation and creativity to the forefront of all projects.

  Work alongside UX Researchers to enhance user experience through data-driven insights.

Manage the tracking of content updates efficiently while overseeing backlog management for submitted contents.

Skills and Requirements

2-3 years of experience in UX Writing / Content Design

  Figma

  Large enterprise experience

  Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders

  Strong sense of collaboration with various stakeholder groups and ability to adapt to various working style

Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user Specific experience within banking or other financial institutions

CMS experience (Contentful specifically is a major plus) null
