Located in the heart of the entertainment and business districts in downtown Toronto, InterContinental Toronto Centre currently has an opening for a Valet Attendant. Our colleagues continue to aim higher and show they care about our guests and each other to ensure we achieve our goal of creating great hotels guests love.

  • Greet arriving guests, assist incoming and outgoing guests – parking their cars in designated areas and return vehicle at guests’ request in a safe and timely manner.

  • Conduct inspection of vehicle and record information on valet ticket and in Log book.

  • Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guests to increase guest satisfaction and maximize hotel revenues. Provide guest with local directions in a courteous and accurate manner.

  • Provide luggage assistance to guests and/or bell staff as needed.

  • Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a professional manner and ensure appropriate action is taken. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Provide non-valet parking instructions/guidance/assistance to guests upon arrival.

  • May accept payments for parking fees from departing guests. Follow established cash/credit handling policies and procedures.

  • Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Must have a valid Ontario driver's licence - Level G.

  • Must have a clear driver's abstract.
