FULL TIME JOB -Rental and Sales Representative Position available to start immediately. Applicants from diverse work backgrounds and experience are encouraged to apply. No prior rental knowledge is needed -we will provide on-the-job training. Previous customer service experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ REQUIRED SKILLS Main job duties will include waiting on customers, answering phone calls, processing customer orders, light equipment maintenance and equipment check-in/check-out. Being mechanically inclined with a previous knowledge of construction, lawn and garden equipment and/or party and special events is a plus. Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

You must be able to work a flexible schedule (40+ hours per week including weekends as needed). Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license and clean driving record is also a plus. Able to lift 70lbs.

Youll be working as part of our team in a family environment, assisting our customers to meet Litchfield Countys tool and party rental needs. Your day will be diverse, duties varied and theres lots to learn. We are happy to train anyone who demonstrates a commitment to hard work and reaching for new opportunities.

HOURS OR SHIFTS Our staff works a rotating schedule that does include weekends. Our store hours are from 8-5 Monday-Saturday and 8-12 on Sunday.

HOURLY PAY OR SALARY OR RANGE OF PAY Starting range $17-$21 per hour - Pay is competitive for the industry and depends on experience
