Description:

This person is responsible for the maintenance department in a manufacturing facility. Will have roughly 15 people that are direct reports. They will need to make sure that they have the proper parts to make repairs (tools, parts, supplies, etc) and make sure that PM schedules are getting developed as need be. They will also be responsible for directed project based work to their team for the betterment of the facility. They will work with different departments to help maximize up time on the equipment so that production schedules are ultimately being met.

Qualifications:

3 years as maintenance supervisor/maintenance manager

PLC skills

Experience leading 15 people
