We are looking for a part-time Communications Specialist to support our Global Team in promoting initiatives in the US.This position ensures to increase the visibility and positive image of Beyond Gravity and its brand in the US, transparently inform and enable dialogue with our colleagues, and communicate our core messages to all relevant internal and external stakeholders with a focus on both, Beyond Gravitys Launchers and Satellites divisions.

Job Responsibilities:

Acts as Communications Business Partner for Beyond Gravitys locations in the US (Decatur and Titusville) Supports consistent messaging and (employer) brand profile for Beyond Gravity Helps execute 360-degree communications (and marketing) campaigns across Beyond Gravity's US locations Supports with key events and all-hand meetings at Beyond Gravity's locations Supports US teams efforts in organizing major trade shows and job fairs Develops, writes and publishes US-related content for Beyond Gravitys various internal and external channels In close collaboration with Beyond Gravity Newsroom team, supports media coverage and local media activities in the US

Job Requirements:

Student for Bachelor's or Master's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field Ideally relevant experience in a corporate communication environment, preferably with an international background Good writing skills; ideally some experience in corporate copywriting and editing English native speaker, every other language is a plus Willingness to travel within US

Knowledge of engineering and space sector is a plus Creative mindset with competencies in the graphic and visual implementation of communication topics preferred

Open-minded and willing to take the initiative on assigned projects Sensitivity to the needs of employees and the organization Ability to see the big picture and connect the dots Practical mindset and "can do" attitude, strives to work in a start-up environment, solution oriented Team player that enjoys working in an international network of communications professionals Outgoing, strong communicator and networker who is willing to involve others and share information Stress-resistant and ability to take a structured approach and prioritize in a complex environment
