Description We are seeking a Bookkeeper with great interpersonal skills and a background in accounting to join our team. What you get to do every single day

• Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping

• Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

• Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits

• Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries

• Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

• Preside over and review general ledger

• Uphold quality historical records by filing documents Requirements - General ledger experience desired

• Deep understanding of billing

• General ledger experience

• Previous experience using accounting software

• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
