Description We are offering an opportunity for a HR Recruiter to join our team in Tustin, California. The role involves full cycle recruiting for various roles including seasonal, part time, lifeguards, and child care professionals. This is a contract to hire opportunity with the potential for long term employment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles

• Develop and maintain relationships with local schools for account management and development

• Utilize software such as Paycom, MS Suites, ATS, Excel, and MS Teams for recruitment and administrative tasks

• Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and legal requirements

• Collaborate with the HR Manager to determine staffing needs and strategies

• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of potential candidates

• Maintain an organized, accurate record of all recruitment activities

• Work on-site consistently to effectively perform recruitment duties

• Coordinate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and specifications

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Requirements • Minimum of two years experience in HR or recruitment

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams

• Experience with Paycom and Applicant Track System

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong decision-making skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing solutions

• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)

• Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems

• Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

• BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
