Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for an Adult Learning/FACAD Instructor Development SME - MCTOG

• Must have received an Honorable discharge from military service in those instances where military service is required.

• Must have prior experience at a GCE O-6 level command.

• Must be current on Marine Corps concepts, FD2030, and the adult learning methodology.

• Must understand Commander's view MCDP-1 as foundational to a command philosophy.

• Must be knowledgeable in doctrinal approaches to command.

• Must be skilled in developing a command philosophy that reflects their approach to command and is actionable.

• Must be knowledgeable in building unit cohesion, will & resiliency.

• Must be knowledgeable in doctrinal approaches to training.

• Must understand developing training guidance and knowledgeable in doctrinal approaches to tactical decision making & planning.

• Must be practiced in modeling a thinking enemy and defeat mechanisms.

• Practiced in commander KSAs for planning and execution.

• Must be knowledgeable in multi-domain environment warfighting challenges.

• Must be knowledgeable in emerging challenges (EMS, CUSA, SIGMAN, OIE).

• Must be trained in Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design (MCISD)/Systems Approach to Training and Education (SATE) and Risk Management (RM).

  Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have a SECRET Security Clearance.

• Advanced degree from one or more of the following fields: Instruction, Facilitation, Learning Theory, Training, Training Design.

• Master Training Specialist, Master Trainer, CompTIA CTT+, Teacher Trainer, or similar certification.

  Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core hours of work are from 0700 to 1700 daily. The Contractor shall provide the required services and staffing coverage during the core hours of work, or as established by the RA. The facility is closed during local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

  Place of Performance: Accomplishment of the work effort will be primarily on-site at MCTOG in Twentynine Palms, California. The Contractor shall work in accordance with guidance established by the Government. The Government may shift the hours of operation of the facility to best suit training support requirements.

  Travel: The applicant may be required to travel to other locations within CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of this contract.
