Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will provide maintenance intake services to support repairs performed by the Facilities Maintenance Branch. You will assist in compiling of work requests and requirements and adjust workflow patterns to assure accomplishment of priority and service work. You will provide support in the receipt and review of customer work request to ensure the inclusion and accuracy of mandatory information for efficient programing and scheduling. You will assist in the programming and scheduling segment of the total range of planned maintenance work. You will collect and monitor information from a variety of sources and provide assistance in the compilation of reports for status of work, work backlogs, trends and /or problem areas. You will prepare correspondence, report, and other documents in draft and final form using a word processor. You will update, revise, sort, calculate and manipulate data in spreadsheets to meet multiple report formats and produce standard reports. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-06: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector collecting and assembling information necessary for automation of work and project induction to prepare various reports; briefing management about work intake, staff and equipment use, materials and supplies, and other relevant information associated with work intake. GS-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing computer systems, to include spreadsheets, database management systems, word processing, email, and other relevant systems used in communication and automation of work and project induction, and experience in customer service with the ability to receive, review, prioritize and process customer work requests. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-05: 4 years above high school GS-06: No education substitution A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
