Hyatt Administrative Assistant - Sales/Catering in TYSONS CORNER, Virginia

The Sales & Events Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Sales/Events/Marketing Managers along with communicating with clients on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate has a friendly & caring demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person must have schedule flexibility, ability to work shifts based on business, this may include weekends and holidays.

We are looking for someone who can proivide exceptional customer service and problem solving skills with both; clients and team members. If you have these skills along with a desire to grow in the Sales or Events Management Department, this may be a fit for you!

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills

  • Caring communicator

  • Organized and detai oriented

  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications

  • Hotel experience preferred

  • Desire to grow in Sales or Events Management role.

  • Flexible Schedule required
