JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our LPNs are responsible for providing quality, routine direct and indirect patient care on a unit. Duties include assisting the Registered Nurse in making critical observations of clients and assisting in complex care situations; working directly with families; providing assistance in personal care; administering and documenting treatments and medication; participating in the maintenance of care unit; and working with an interdisciplinary team. Core Shifts Available AM 1st Shift - 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PM 2nd Shift - 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. NOC 3rd Shift - 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. **LTEs may work partial shifts on request.** Job duties require the ability to assist in patient mobility efforts, stand and/or walk up to 75% of eight-hour day to provide assessments, kneel, stoop, make visual observations, lift, push, pull, carry, reach, maintain hygiene, use special safety equipment, and wear protective clothing.
