Applause Cybersecurity Operations Manager in US, Massachusetts

Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Infosec, participate with infosec team members

  • Manage one or more infosec team members

  • Asses vulnerability reports and work with team to plan remediations

  • Ownership of penetration testing program

  • Network perimeter security: policies, enforcement, monitoring, alerting, configuration, architecture

  • Project management of remediation by other business units

    Requirements:

  • 5 min years of hands-on security experience

  • 3 Min years of management experience

  • Experience running/managing penetration testing programs/vendors

  • Experience owning, managing network perimeter security

  • Technical ability to investigate and analyze configuration and vulnerability issues

  • Cisco, Fortinet firewall management experience

  • WAF management experience (Signal Sciences/Fastly a plus)

  • Switching/routing management, monitoring, experience

  • Security assessment experience of mixed cloud environments

  • Management experience including hiring, training, mentoring other infosec engineers

Non-requirements:

  • No developer experience required, scripting skills a plus

Salary range for this position is included in accordance with current state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, and performance in the role.

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000
