Monetate Enterprise Renewals Manager in US, United States

About This Role

As our Enterprise Renewals Manager you will own the client renewals process of our Revenue team. In this role, you will utilize your experience with negotiations, demonstrating ROI, and procurement at B2B SaaS companies to refine and drive our pricing, contracting, and renewals best practices. You will partner with leaders and individual contributors within the Post-Sales org and across the business to ensure that we retain and expand current client accounts. As our Enterprise Renewals Manager, you will be a crucial part of Monetate’s mission of building customers for life and report to our Manager of Client Operations. We are looking for an experienced professional with proven success in owning and negotiating renewals.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the renewals process from proactively identifying upcoming renewals, evaluating risk, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities, negotiating contract extensions, pricing, and terms for our Enterprise clients.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Partner with Client Success and Post-Sales teams to conduct business reviews, review accounts, and lead Renewal discussions as needed.

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports to forecast and track upsell, churn, and high priority renewals.

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on how to demonstrate the ROI and value proposition of Monetate.

  • Partner with clients and internal resources to facilitate informative conversations around Monetate’s value in personalization, testing, and digital marketing campaigns in order to drive contract renewals and expansions.

    What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of Renewals experience in B2B SaaS companies.

  • Experienced in negotiating B2B SaaS contracts and procurement with enterprise companies and executives.

  • Proven success and expertise in client retention, pricing models, and expansion.

  • Expert communication skills, with the ability to deliver crucial business information from Monetate users up to C-level executives in a way that is both informative and well-received.

  • Adept at partnering on Enterprise accounts and understanding the nuances involved with complex renewals cycle.

  • Experience with Saleforce, data analysis tools (like Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and renewal management software like Planhat.
