Six Flags Maintenance Seasonal Supervisor in Valencia, California

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Full Time and Seasonal staffing needs

  • Process weekly timecards and time keeping for Payroll processing. This includes tracking attendance requirements per the union contract

  • Track and maintain employee HR records

  • Maintain Ride Files for Division

  • Assist with the State of California and required QSI inspections and paperwork

  • Track and maintain the budget files for the department managers

  • Process purchase requisitions as needed

  • Supervise the Maintenance office staff

  • Answer phones and maintaining filing for the office

  • All other duties as assigned as necessary for the department and Park operation

­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Must be a self-starter, courteous and professional

  • Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills

  • The ability to multitask and communicate with various departments

  • The ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment and meet required deadlines

  • Experience working with Budgeting, Spreadsheets & purchase orders
