Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Valley Stream, New York

Description

We are offering an opportunity in Valley Stream, New York, for a diligent individual to join our client's team as a Client Services Representative. This is an early-stage investment firm that is growing rapidly.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally

• Manage and update account information accurately

• Collaborate with the investment team to address and resolve client needs

• Process customer credit applications with attention to detail

• Maintain precise records of customer credit information

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect overdue payments

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed

• Handle data entry tasks and email correspondence efficiently

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks

• Schedule appointments and manage order entries accurately

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound outbound calls effectively

• Prior experience in a call center customer service role

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Competence in managing email correspondence and responding promptly to customer inquiries

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry and ensuring that all customer orders are processed in a timely manner

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring no conflicts in schedule

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to team operations

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer issues and come up with effective solutions

• High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in customer service operations

• High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive customer information.
