Marketing & Communications Coordinator

The salary range for this position is $37,000- $62,400. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity.

What the day will look like

  • Assisting Client Service teams & Brokers with client presentations, underwriter proposals and numerous other key documents

  • Creation of templates and other key documents

  • All in accordance with Aon Branding guidelines

  • Setting up and running of on line presentations via Teams and other online programs

  • Other related administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned

    How this opportunity is different

    This role will support Aon's Commercial Risk Management team in British Columbia by providing professional, sophisticated and confidential marketing support to the Account Executive and Leadership teams.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Minimum one (1) year administrative experience recommended;

  • Strong MS Office skills; including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop & InDesign

  • An understanding of design and technical writing background helpful

  • Strong use of on line tools, Teams etc.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; and work with a multitude of individuals across the organization
