  • Quality Management System maintenance activities, such as:

  • Plan, organise and conduct internal quality and process audits, including reporting findings, and - if requested - supporting improvement activities

  • Administer and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documents

  • Promote quality standards amongst staff and management and provide effective support for the implementation and maintenance of these standards. This includes planning, organising, conducting, and recording internal training on quality management processes.

  • Support the work of the Quality & Risk Management Committee as required

  • Effectively liaise with external quality system certification bodies

  • Customer complaints handling

  • Undertake all required actions to coordinate, administrate and handle Customer Complaints in collaboration with all stakeholders involved, and in line with the corporate and local complaints system and processes

  • Ensure collaborative relationships with all Integra team members and relevant external stakeholders.

  • Ensure all documentation is up to date, quality system compliant and in order.

  • Comply with all company quality standards, and procedures, and health & safety requirements

  • Contribute to the preparation of tender documents, contracts and agreements as required

  • Perform other related duties or projects as assigned or required
